Art as Educator 

Practice based research. 

Following the progression of practice over time, moving as an artist into the role of artist researcher seemed a simple and necessary step, and one which opened the possiblities of practice. Out of this a terminological shift, came a shift of teaching, learning, making, researching of the challenges of anthropocenic considerations, and establishing a firmly interdisciplinary process of art practice as research.

A series of works in art as educator.

 

Investigating the idea of mark as a human action in time, space, on surface, or on mind, these ideas are developed and offered as performative installations, performance works, participatory performances, and contribute to the research of art as educator as works in themselves or research towards related projects.
